4.1 Content of the Bot: The content generated by the AI phone agent is based on its training and may not always be accurate or complete. We do not guarantee the correctness, reliability, or suitability of the responses provided by the AI.

4.2 Limitations of Responsibility: You acknowledge that the use of AI technology, including the Service, has inherent limitations. Answering AI and Answering AI shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from the use of the Service or reliance on the information provided by the AI phone agent.

6.1 All payments for the Service are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to comply with Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions.

6.2 Subscription fees and billing cycles are outlined on the Answering AI website and may be subject to change. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees based on your chosen subscription plan.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Refunds for unused additional minutes will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, you must contact our support team.

7.2 All subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.

7.3 No refunds will be issued for the monthly subscription fee once a billing period has commenced. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

7.4 Any refunds granted are at the sole discretion of Answering AI and will be processed according to our internal policies and procedures.
